Insurance Disclaimer:
If you have insurance coverage, the estimate of diagnostic testing and treatment will be based on a few factors. Those factors include co-pays, deductibles, co-insurances, and out of pocket cost. When you schedule your new patient appointment you will get an invoice the day before your appointment with your estimate for that visit. When you have a treatment plan established, our financial counselor will reach out to you with information on your estimated treatment cost. Although we will check your benefits for you, it is important that you do your own research to make sure you are in-network with our clinic and that you have treatment coverage. Your insurance company will have the final decision in the claims processing process.
